Let me tell you a bit about myself
​Health Coaching:
I started as a Personal Trainer in 2002. In 2017 I earned a Nutrition Certificate as well as a Running Coach Certificate. I was prepared to coach physical health. Yet that is not enough for deep health as consistent exercise and sound nutrition do not happen in isolation. To thrive, wellness should be also considered.
​Wellness Coaching:
Wellness coaching is the other half of deep health and has an impact on how you feel on a daily basis. Coaching includes getting to know your lifestyle, environment, stress factors, sleep, etc., areas that when addressed makes you thrive.
